Malia Garcia | Parent
As a parent of an LEP student I confidently and enthusiastically praise this preschool for their involved staff and creative learning environment. Entering school for the first time can be a scary step for a lot of young children and Little Explorers replaces worry with ease by providing a loving, warm staff and an approach that focuses directly on the uniqueness of each student. My desire for my child's preschool years was that she would develop a love for learning because for me that is where the spark for education ignites. Little Explores has lit that flame via their commitment to inspire learning through play, and I am so grateful for their influence.

LEP was home base for my daughters’ education starting at age 3 and continuing until they both moved on to Kindergarten. Both of my daughters attended the 2-day, 3-day, and 4-day classes and graduated superbly well-prepared for the next phase of their development as students. Their LEP background has been evident as they’ve thrived academically, emotionally, and socially in their elementary school years thus far. The play-based curriculum and supportive growth atmosphere at LEP helped my girls feel comfortable and safe exploring, expanding their thinking, and connecting with others and the world around them. I know those three cherished years at LEP have set my girls on a trajectory of positive personal development that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. We are so grateful for our time at LEP and highly recommend the program to anyone with a preschool-aged child.
I also recommend that parents get involved at the school by serving on the LEP Board of Directors. I volunteered on the board for many years and learned so much from my experience. It’s the perfect opportunity to engage more deeply in your child’s education — to really see and understand what it takes to run a school. It takes a village!

Little Explorers Preschool offers an outstanding education for kiddos. The teachers are very well-qualified, the curriculum is play-based and intentional, and the cooperative aspect makes it a great way to ease young children into the concept of school while involving parents. In addition to all the amazing academic skills my children learned at LEP, they learned how to interact with their peers, how to read and respond to the emotions of others, and how to be kind, compassionate citizens of the world. Cody, WY is very fortunate to have a Preschool of this caliber.

We moved to Cody with a 4 year old, a 3 year old and a baby on the way. We were so blessed to secure a spot for my son in a class at Little Explorers. As a new family to Cody our first friends were families from children in my son's class. The parent involvement in the school gives you a wonderful sense of community.
All 5 of my children have gone for 2-3 years of preschool at Little Explorers. I have loved the play based curriculum. My Little Explorer Graduates have been very well prepared for kindergarten and more than anything I loved being able to be a part of their early learning experience. Getting to spend time with your child during their preschool day and forming relationships with the other children and their families was a treasured experience.
